Print Report Options

This lesson shows you about 5 reports you can print from the People page: People Grouped by Property, Block-Out Dates, and Directory.

On the People page, click Print in the top right corner.

Choose the report you want.

There are 5 reports you could choose from, along with custom reports. Below will show you what each of the reports demonstrate.

Block-Out Dates:

This report will show you everyone in your system that has block-out dates set on their profile. It will have their name with the block-out dates next to it. If you want this list but just with certain people, first just filter on your People page. It will only show you a list of the block-out dates of people currently filtered on your People page.

Directory:

This report will show you a printable list of everyone in your system, in alphabetical order. If they have a picture attached, it will show you the picture. It will also list their email address and phone numbers that are in the system. To print, just go to Print through your browser.

Future Schedule

This report shows your people and then any future dates they are scheduled for.

Last Logged In

This report shows your people's names, email addresses, phone numbers, and then the last date/time they logged into the system. This is often helpful for leaders who want to see if their people have logged in to block out dates or check schedules.

People Grouped by Property

This will show you a printable list of your custom properties and who is assigned to each one.
