Creating Reports on Frequency
If you would like to have a quick easy to view report of all of the songs or people who have been scheduled recently in a plan, you can create a Frequency Report.
Under your Service Type, click on the 'reports' link
Select what you would like a report of, and which dates you want the report to span.
A report will be created for you to reference the frequency of songs or people within those dates
