Canceling Your Account
If you are the Site Administrator of your account and have decided that Planning Center isn't right for your teams at this time, you can follow these instructions to cancel your account. (If you are a member of your church's account and want to be removed from all future scheduling emails, you can remove your email address from your Profile.)
Go to 'settings' in the upper right corner
If you don't have a 'settings' link in the upper right corner of your screen underneath your name, you are not the Account Administrator, and will need to contact that person or support@planningcenteronline.com to have this account canceled.
Click on the red 'cancel this account' link
Sorry to see you go! Once you click this button, you will automatically be logged out. Effective immediately, no one will have access to the site or any files on the site you may have posted, and you will receive a cancelation email notification. Your credit card (if there was one on file) will be removed from the account as well, and no longer be charged.
