CCLI Reporting

Planning Center cannot report to CCLI for you automatically, but if your account administrator enables CCLI Reporting for your account, you will be able to manually log your song usage through the year and when your reporting period comes around it Planning Center's CCLI Report will make it easier to get the correct information to CCLI.

Note: CCLI changed their copy reporting requirements in October 2013 and Planning Center Services has been updated to report the new activity categories. For more information, visit http://support.ccli.com/ccl-reporting-categories/

Note: Only Organization Administrators can see the settings button. It is possible to be a regular administrator and not an Organization Administrator.

Enter CCLI Settings

Make sure your CCLI number is entered (you can click on it to change it), and click on 'Enable CCLI Reporting' to turn this feature on for your account.

Now when scheduling a song to a plan, you will see this yellow box

You will need to manually log the number of Digital, Print, Recording, & Translation activity in every plan for every song in order to have an accurate report to submit to CCLI. Not sure what these boxes are for? Click here to be taken to CCLI's FAQ page.

Hover over CCLI Reports at the top right of the main Songs page and select the 'CCLI Copy Report' option.

Enter the dates and service types you wish to see.

Here you can enter the dates and service types you want the report to pull up.

Report is Generated.

Your report will be generated for the dates you indicated. NOTE: This does NOT directly report to CCLI. You will need to take this information and report it to CCLI.
